REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Dulondon.com, your decision-making process is without Risk.

For your convenience, we have a 14-day return policy on all of our products.  Any item in its original condition can be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery whereupon it will be refunded or exchanged.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition and have not been worn or damaged.
  • Returned items must have the original security tag attached to them.
  • Your contract for the goods you order may be cancelled within 7 working days from the date you receive the ordered goods.   There will be no penalty for cancelled goods.

To cancel your contract you must notify us by email at [email protected] 

To return your item within South Africa:

WhatsApp Call +27836000218 or email [email protected] within 7 working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a ‘Returns Authorisation number’.

Your ‘Returns Authorisation number’ should be written on the outside of the package being returned.

The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you received it.    We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery is returned to us broken. There is no penalty to you for returning your jewellery.

You will be responsible to ensure that the returned merchandise is mailed  back to the above address.

It should be sent by Mail, and should be fully Insured and Registered.

Kindly advise us by email how you have shipped the order back, as well as a tracking number.

Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the amount due to your credit card, or we will effect a transfer to the same account from which your original transfer payment was made from.

To return your item from an overseas destination:

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full amount due to your credit card, or we will effect a transfer to the same account from which your original transfer payment was made from.

This guarantee will be upheld providing that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

If you do not return the merchandise delivered to you, in the way set out above, we will deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
