Welcome to the Dulondon.com Website. Dulondon.com undertakes to provide its services to you subject to the following “Terms and Conditions”. We may modify these Terms and Conditions over the course of time without prior notice. Your continued use of this site following any amendment will signify your acceptance of the new terms.
 
1. Our Contract
Orders will be accepted only once payment for your order has been received in full. On receiving full payment, we will send you an email confirming that your transaction has been successfully processed. This confirmation email brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Only persons aged 18 and over are permitted to enter into legally binding contracts.   Anyone under the legal age of consent is prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you fail to meet these requirements we request that you do not use this site.
 
2. Pricing
Our pricing structure matches the prices set out in our website and every effort is made to ensure that prices on our website are accurate. 
 
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on our website may be mispriced or subject to error. Prior to shipment of every order, we will verify the pricing, and will do the following if we discover a mispriced item:
 
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. 
 
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at your discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching your order or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Dulondon.com will immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
 
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling. Any other currency displayed on the site is for comparison only.  If you place an order outside of the UK, you will be billed in UK Pounds and currency fluctuations and credit card charges will apply. Please make use of the Euro and Dollar currency converter by clicking the relevant flag on our website.

3.    Delivery
 
Dulondon.com offers a same day delivery service in London. Please ensure that the delivery address which you provide is correct and that someone is available to sign and receive the goods on delivery. 
We aspire to deliver all items by insured delivery within 1-7 working days. Overseas deliveries within Europe or the US, will take approximately 3 working days while deliveries to the rest of the world may take up to 7 working days.
 
All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail.
 
Delivery Charges:

For orders over £150.00, delivery is free of charge within the UK.
For delivery of orders less than £150.00, within the UK we charge a flat fee of £6.00 and the delivery will arrive within 2
working days.
For delivery overseas we charge a flat fee of £12.00 and the delivery will arrive within 5 working days.
For urgent orders within London postcodes, you can use our London Express courier service for which we charge a flat fee
of £40.00

Once the product has been delivered and received by you, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage to the product.
If the courier or postal service cannot complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, the order will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any further delivery costs.
 
We make no promise that materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is forbidden. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so by your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with
local laws.

For your convenience, we have a 14-day return policy on all of our products. Any item in its original condition can be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery whereupon it will be refunded or exchanged. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
 
  • Items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition and have not been worn or damaged. Returned items must have the original security tag attached to them.
  •  
  • Your contract for the goods you order may be cancelled within 7 working days from the date you receive the ordered goods.   There will be no penalty for cancelled goods.
 
To cancel your contract you must notify us by email at david@dulondon.com
 
To return your item within the UK:

Call 07924038888 or email david@dulondon.com within 7 working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a
‘Returns Authorisation number’.
Your ‘Returns Authorisation number’ should be written on the outside of the package being returned.
The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery is returned to us broken. There is no penalty to you for returning your jewellery.

You will be responsible to ensure that the returned merchandise is mailed back to the above address.
It should be sent by Mail, and should be fully Insured and Registered.

Kindly advise us by email how you have shipped the order back, as well as a tracking number.
Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the amount due to your credit card, or we will effect a transfer to the same account from which your original transfer payment was made from. 
 
To return your item from an overseas destination:

Call +447924038888 or email david@dulondon.com within 7 working days of receiving your purchase and ask for a ‘Returns Authorisation number’.

Your ‘Returns Authorisation number’ should be written on the outside of the package being returned.
The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery is returned to us broken. There is no penalty to you for returning your jewellery.

You will be responsible to ensure that the returned merchandise is mailed back to the above address.
It should be sent by mail, and should be fully Insured and Registered.

Kindly advise us by email how you have shipped the order back, as well as a tracking number.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full amount due to your credit card, or we will effect a transfer to the same account from which your original transfer payment was made from.
 
This guarantee will be upheld providing that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

If you do not return the merchandise delivered to you, in the way set out above, we will deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
 
5. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us under the following conditions:
 
  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
  • We do not deliver to your area;
  • One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information we received from one of our factories.
 
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit any sum deducted by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order, or sooner, if possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional recompense for disappointment suffered.
 
6. Limitation of liability / Liability
 
If the goods you ordered are damaged or defective or if the delivery is incorrect in any way, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
 
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 7 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
 
If you notify us of a problem under these conditions, our only obligation will be, at your discretion, either:
  • to re-supply any shortage or non-delivery; or
  • to replace any damaged or defective items; or
  • to refund to you, in whatever way we choose, the amount paid by you for the items in question.
 
Save as prohibited by law, we will not be legally responsible to you for any indirect or substantial loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
 
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
 
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or delivery service.
 
7. Notices
 
All notices from us to you will be displayed on our website when necessary.  
 
All notices from you to us should be sent by email to our contact address at david@dulondon.com where we will do our best to assist you.
 
8. Invalidity / Changes in Terms and Conditions
 
Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be unenforceable at any time, this will not affect any other part of the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making your purchase.
 
9. Third Party Rights
 
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
 
10. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and other website policies shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and English Courts.
 
11. Entire Agreement
 
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a disparity of these terms and conditions or as an official representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

We make no representations or guarantees about the correctness, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
 
12. Circumstances beyond our control
 
We will endevour, to the best of our ability, to not be in breach of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. In so forth, we are not legally responsible for any setback in performance due to circumstances beyond our control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire,
explosion or accident.
 
13. Disclaimer of Warranty

We reserve the right to amend our website, policies and these Terms and Conditions without notice to you and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.

It is your responsibility to check on a regular basis whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed.  If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

We will make every effort to maintain our website so that the information contained within the website is up to date, factually correct and without technical errors.  However, we cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors or erroneous information.

With your permission, Dulondon.com will use your email address to contact you about your order. Dulondon.com will intermittently update you on relevant Dulondon.com news, specials and promotions. You can choose to unsubscribe from this mailing list at any point by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
