1. Are the articles pictured actual size?
It is not possible to show the true size of the article on your computer screen.  Each screen is different.   However, we have photographed the Jewellery on a Person.  This is the best way for you to see what the article looks like.
2. What is included in the price that you are charging?
Your Purchase will be presented in an impressive presentation gift box (unless otherwise indicated), Which is then packed in a unique Shopping Bag.  Prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) at 17.5%. For orders placed from outside the European Union that are also for delivery outside the European Union, V.A.T. is deducted (note - this includes the Channel Islands and Canary Islands which are listed as separate countries). The ex V.A.T. price is also indicated for each item. Please see further information below for shipping costs outside the UK.  If your complete order is more than  £150.00 Sterling, then We at  will cover all the shipping costs.
3. Am I getting a Good Deal by shopping at ?

You are making your purchase directly from our reputable and well known factory.  Most of the Jewellery on this website comes from our own factory, which is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.  We source our raw materials directly from the local mines and bullion dealers.  The factory currently manufactures and sells Thousands of  Gold Jewellery articles to all corners of the world, every month.  
Being an Internet based company,  has lower operating costs, so we can offer our product at highly competitive prices.
We also cover the costs of postage if your purchase is more than £150.00 Sterling in the UK

5. How long will it take to make my special order? How do I pay for it?
For special order items,  please advise us when you need your jewellery for, call us on +44(0)7924038888  or if you prefer, email us at and we can call you at a given time.  We will try our hardest to accommodate your needs—within reason.  Special orders are unique pieces and our craftsmen/women  will ensure a quality and stunning article. We will advise your delivery, at the time of order confirmation.

Half of the payment we take up front as the deposit, and the other half once your jewellery is ready to be dispatched to you  This may take between 1 and 4 weeks, depending how busy the factory is. All items requested for special order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Are your chains and bracelets available in different lengths?

7. I need a special gift for someone. Can you guide me?
Of course. Let  us know their age, gender, a brief description about them and how much you want to spend and we will put together the ideal gift selection for you. Once you have decided, you may ask us to deliver your selection, to your recipient, with any messages you'd like us to write on the gift cards. We will deliver the gifts with your message.

8. Do you sell Gift Certificates? currently sells gift certificates that are  available in whatever denominations you require. Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash, and  can be sent directly to you or your recipient's address by post.  If you would prefer the voucher to be sent by email please advise us on +44(0)7924038888 or if you prefer, email us at The recipient will then be able to redeem the voucher online using the voucher number and pin number.
Each gift voucher has a number and pin code which can be redeemed against any purchase on the web site. When going through the final process for payment on the site, at Step 3 at the bottom of the page you will see the words "If you have a voucher to redeem against this order click here". 9. What is my guarantee, that I am purchasing the quality product, that you claim you are selling to me?
All the metals we sell in our retail Boutique are hallmarked.  All diamonds larger that .50cts will be delivered to you with its certificate, from a well known world reknowned laboratory.
10. What happens, if the jewellery I have purchased breaks in a years time?
Your Jewellery carries a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects. We want you to enjoy wearing your jewellery on a daily basis.  Unfortunately we cannot replace or repair your jewellery at our expense after 2 years of wear and tear.

2. Which Credit Cards do you accept?
American Express, Mastercard, VISA. We can also accept Maestro, Visa Delta, Solo and Electron debit cards. Your card statement will show the payment as going to Fruittijewels Limited, and payment will be taken in Pounds Sterling, so if you normally pay in a different currency, your credit card company will convert the amount to your currency automatically.
3. How secure will my credit card information be when ordering online?
Very. When you come to the payment screen which asks you to enter your card details, you will be linked directly by secure server to   WORLDPAY,   our payment service provider - they actually process your card on our behalf using SSL technology, which utilises high level encryption and is thus extremely secure. You will notice, depending on which browser you are using, that the key or padlock symbols appear along the bottom of the screen, and that the web address on the card details page starts 'https', the additional 's' denoting a secure link is in place.

WORLDPAY is widely accredited within the banking community as a reputable and trustworthy organisation, and handles millions of online card transactions each year. does not see your card number at all.
4. What other payment methods are there apart from credit/debit cards?

1. How soon will I receive my order?
We dispatch daily, so if we receive the order on time, it may arrive the following working day.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within two working days, we will email or telephone you to inform you of the situation. Delivery times within the UK are normally 1 - 2 days (i.e. 2 - 4 days from placing your order), 3 - 5 working days to Europe, 5 - 10 working days elsewhere, but see next answer also. We will email a dispatch confirmation receipt to you on the day of dispatch.
2. How is delivery made to me?
We use Royal Mail to deliver our jewellery, using First Class post, Recorded post or Special Delivery as appropriate. First Class and Recorded posts do NOT carry guaranteed delivery times so delays beyond the quoted number of delivery days above may occur. For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail International services, and again no guarantees of delivery times are given.
3. Can my order be sent to another address, as a gift for example?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery name and address such as a place of work, or somebody else at another address. Please note however we do reserve the right to decline to ship your order to a different address, or at all, if we believe there is a risk of fraud. This may particularly occur for higher value orders or for non UK addresses. Workplace addresses are usually fine. We will contact you if there is a problem.

If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient, we do include a delivery note giving details of the order and who placed it, but no price information is included on this or anywhere else in the parcel (except for customs declarations on parcels sent outside Europe).
4. I am ordering from overseas, what about customs and tax etc?
Within the European Union there should be no extra duty or tax payable. Deliveries outside the European Union may incur a small customs duty which will be charged by your postal delivery service. We have no control over this and cannot refund or re-imburse any such payment, but do bear in mind that you have not paid any UK tax (called Value Added Tax, or V.A.T.), so you're still getting a good deal!
